Create your EgreedMail account

EgreedMail sign-up is username based, so staff without an existing email address can still get a company mailbox.

   Open the sign-up page

   Choose Get a mailbox from the top of the site, then switch to the sign-up form.

   Pick a username

   Use the naming pattern your organisation follows, usually firstname.lastname, so addresses stay predictable.

   Add your work details

   Full name, job title and department appear in your signature and in the staff directory.

   Set a strong password

   Use a long passphrase you do not reuse anywhere else.
