Connect your company domain

Your domain must publish four DNS records before mail on it will deliver reliably to outside providers.

Open the admin console
Go to the domain section, where the exact record values for your domain are listed.

Add the MX record
In your registrar's DNS panel, add the MX record shown. Remove any MX record from a previous provider once you are ready to switch fully.

Add SPF and DKIM
Publish exactly one SPF record. Two SPF records invalidate each other and cause spam placement.

Add DMARC in monitoring mode
Start with a policy of none so nothing is rejected while you confirm legitimate senders.

Run the validation wizard
It checks your live DNS and flags any record that is missing or wrong. Re-run it until all are green.

Good to know

Records usually take 15 to 60 minutes to take effect, occasionally up to 24 hours.
